Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights

On January 5, 2011, Governor Chris Christie signed into law P.L.2010, Chapter 122, known as the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights. This comprehensive law includes new reporting and investigation procedures.  Please take a moment to read the law itself and the district's policy for harrassment, intimidation, and bullying.

Reporting Procedure - All suspected incidents of HIB are to be reported to a Vice Principal who will collaborate on the investigation with the Anti-Bullying Specialist.  Please see the MOHS Anti-Bullying Policy for detailed information on reporting and investigation procedures.
