3) Can my child participate in more than one club?

  • Yes, as long as the clubs do not run on the same days students are able to participate in more than one club

4) Why is Homework Club different from an Extracurricular Club?

  • Team leaders run Homework Club
  • HW Club normally doesn’t start until after Marking Period 1 Progress Reports (Some teams may start earlier/later depending on the needs of the students)
  • Students can obtain information about when and where HW Club takes place through team leaders or teachers on the team

5) How do the 4:15 late buses work?

  • Students may choose to take the late bus home or if there is no guardian present to pick up the child at 4:15 the student is required to get onto a bus to be transported home. The reason for this is that there are no teachers present after 4:15 to supervise students
  • Park in a designated parking slot on the bus side of the building
  • DO NOT PARK IN THE FIRE ZONE! The Fire Zone has a yellow line that surrounds the right edge of the parking lot and the entire length of the building
  • Drive slowly and cautiously
  • Late buses run Monday through Thursday
  • Students are normally dropped off at an intersecting road near their home due to the volume of students taking the late buses home
